Alena (Olga) Joukova was born in Ukraine in Odessa city. She is journalist, scriptwriter, movie critic and writer. Author and co-author of films "Dikaya Lubov" (1993 year) and "Zefir v Shokolade" (1994 year) In 1994 she emigrated to Canada. In Canada she collaborated with many newspapers and magazines.
